Midnight..Not a sound from the pavement.... 
If I were an animal, I would probably be a snail. I was moving so slow that another participant asked if something was wrong. He turned out to be a doctor. I told him I had a sprained ankle. “Pop two Voltaren and you will be OK”, he said. I told him that I had taken a Ponstan 500mg earlier and I felt better.
