Warm Up with Fitness First 
The warm up session was conducted by some guys from Fitness First gym. The usual raise your hand, step touch thingy. This was followed by a looooooooooooong and boooooooooring speech by some VIP on how important to maintain a healthy lifestyle by getting active. He seemed to be reading his prepared speech monotonously. (Insert Yawn here!) I think the sloth in the jungle had more enthusiasm than this guy. Politician! Talk less. More action please!
