The runners were set off at 7:20am. The sky was hazy, just like last year. Maybe this run should be called the Ampang “Haze” Run. It is haze season. We can’t really 100% blame the forest fires in Sumatra for causing the haze because the exhaust emission from the traffic on atypical Sunday in Ampang would kill you. Traffic was really bad. I had trouble breathing during the run due to the smog. (Insert cough here!)
