Coke? Nope, just ice water. 
Distance markers were present at every km. Water stations were adequate, providing ice cold water to thirsty runners, complete with ice chunks in them. I could have sworn that I saw some penguins and polar bear swimming in it. Heheh! Only in Thailand.
