PUMA Pavilion KL – The first in Southeast Asia to feature special women and kids concept space and a customisation zone


Global sports brand, PUMA, has revamped its store in Pavilion Mall, Kuala Lumpur with a view of providing a wholesome shopping experience for its customers. 

Boasting a larger space of 486sqm, the new flagship store houses a wider variety of products and feature unique experiential zones able to satisfy the growing consumer demands. 


The new-look PUMA store in Pavilion KL now houses special women and kids concept spaces as well as a customization zone - both being firsts for the brand in Southeast Asia.

The concept spaces feature special collections for women and kids while the customization zone is an area where consumers have the freedom of customising selected items with numbers, alphabets, or generic illustrations by PUMA, after purchase.

PUMA South East Asia General Manager, Sanjay Roy explained that the brand is excited for the launch, just in time for the new year and is confident that the new additions will be well-received by Malaysians. 

“We have always brought exciting ideas to our stores worldwide and as such, we are delighted to introduce PUMA Southeast Asia’s first Women and Kids Concept Space and an exclusive in-store customisation zone in PUMA Pavilion, Kuala Lumpur.

“There is a need to constantly cater to the growing consumer demands across all channels and we see an imminent need for brick-and-mortar shopping experiences to evolve. In line with this, we firmly believe that the latest PUMA outlet in Pavilion Kuala Lumpur will bring a one-of-a-kind shopping experience for our retail customers,” said Sanjay.

In celebration of the store launch, PUMA collaborated with StudioBehind90, a local illustration-led agency, to create a mural feature inspired by essence of our local cultures and the unmistakable identity of the brand into one vibrant composition. The mural also symbolizes PUMA’s commitment to power the vibrancy of Malaysians and face the future with renewed vigour. 

PUMA is also rolling out limited-edition merchandise, gifts, and special discounts in conjunction with the launch of the outlet. Fans of the brand can get their hands on a limited-edition PUMA X StudioBehind90 Tee bearing the mural design when they spend RM700 or more on a single receipt. The exclusive top is limited in numbers and will not be made available for purchase.

With bigger, better, and bolder announcements lined up for the year, PUMA hopes to continue exciting its audience with interesting collections, collaborations, campaigns and promotions throughout the year.
