adidas Supernova Rise 2 Now Available: Experience the Comfort at Sunway Pyramid

adidas has unveiled the Supernova Rise 2, the latest iteration in its comfort-focused Supernova franchise. This new model, available in a refined grey/silver/glow blue colourway for men and a grey/silver/violet colourway for women, represents a significant advancement in running shoe technology, prioritizing comfort and performance for a broad spectrum of runners.

The Supernova Rise 2 builds upon the established success of its predecessor, incorporating key enhancements to elevate the running experience. Notably, the shoe features:

• Engineered Mesh Upper: A newly refined sandwich mesh material has been implemented to provide superior breathability and a secure, adaptive fit. This updated upper contributes to a 4% reduction in weight compared to the original silhouette, achieved through an optimized engineered mesh construction and a streamlined heel pillow.
• Revamped Heel Construction: The heel construction has been redesigned with a refined foam collar, offering enhanced comfort and support.

In addition to these advancements, the Supernova Rise 2 retains the core technologies that defined its predecessor, including:

• DREAMSTRIKE+ Midsole: Inspired by the LIGHTSTRIKE PRO midsole utilized in the ADIZERO franchise, DREAMSTRIKE+ delivers exceptional cushioning and comfort through an updated formulation.
• Support Rods: Integrated within the midsole, these rods provide essential support during the heel-to-toe transition and ensure stability.
• ADIWEAR Outsole: Constructed from durable rubber, the ADIWEAR outsole offers optimal traction on varied road surfaces.

Supernova Comfort Zone Activation at Sunway Pyramid

To facilitate experiential engagement with the Supernova Rise 2, adidas will host the Supernova Comfort Zone at Sunway Pyramid from 14 to 16 March 2025. This activation will feature interactive activities designed to demonstrate the shoe's comfort-driven technology, including a Runners Warm-Up Zone, a Treadmill Challenge, and opportunities to redeem exclusive merchandise. This event is intended to provide runners of all levels with an opportunity to assess the shoe's capabilities.
