Pablo Francisco will rock the house with screams of laughter. He is one of the most popular touring comedians worldwide and has earned a reputation for his unique talent to weave together his one of a kind arsenal of off the wall characters and spot-on impressions. Francisco draws his audience into his vivid imagination and takes them on a wild ride as they experience his spontaneous outbursts, clever insights and some of the funniest rapid fire comedy, ever unleashed.
Malaysian fans will have an opportunity to catch a glimpse of Pablo’s hilarious new material as he prepares to shoot a new one-hour comedy special entitled “Here We Go Again.” The funny man’s first visit to Malaysia will take place at KLCC Plenary Hall on the 22nd of September 2018 (Saturday), at 8:00pm. ‘Pablo Francisco Live in Malaysia’ will also feature Steve Kramer, an upcoming American comedian, and Malaysia’s very own, Keren Bala Deven.
The new special will feature some outrageously funny animation segments that only Pablo could create. Francisco’s two Comedy Central one hour comedy specials “They Put It Out There” and “Ouch!” continue to stay on the networks most requested list. Later this year Pablo’s stand-up will be featured on MTV’s new show “Acting Out.”
Pablo’s global appeal is evident in his past three Australian tours where he sold out shows in Melbourne and Sydney. Previous to that, Francisco had his second visit to the South African Comedy Festival. Francisco’s amazing international appeal catapulted him to rock star status selling out the world renowned Milky Way in Amsterdam.
Of Pablo’s six phenomenal European tours, his stand out performance on his third 16 city tour at the Troxy in London and sold over 26,000 tickets. Francisco’s international profile continued to soar as his universal fans welcomed him for yet another multi-country tour this past fall with staggering excitement.

Gene Lavanchy of FOX – TV Boston calls Pablo “the most talented comedian in the business today”. His unbelievable ability to physically morph himself into movie stars, singers, friends, family, and a multitude of nationalities gives Pablo’s show a universal charm. KUALA LUMPUR, 2 May 2018 – As part of its long-standing collaboration with environmental initiative, Parley for the Oceans, adidas Running and FC Barcelona goalkeeper Marc ter Stegen have revealed a limited release UltraBOOST Parley silhouette to continue raising awareness for the threat of marine plastic pollution.
Inspired by the dark blues and greens of the urban harbour, the UltraBOOST Parley and UltraBOOST X Parley silhouettes fuse performance-oriented footwear technology with progressive eco-innovation. Demonstrating adidas’ and Parley’s commitment to tackling marine plastic pollution one step at a time, every pair of the limited collection prevents approximately 11 bottles from the possibility of entering the oceans.
The exclusive silhouettes feature a Primeknit upper consisting of 85% Parley Ocean PlasticTM – an innovative material created from upcycled waste, intercepted before it has the chance to enter the ocean. In the midsole, industry-defining BOOST technology, made with sustainable materials, delivers responsive comfort and cushioning that energizes from the ground up. In the sole, Continental Rubber, made from natural materials, provides a smooth and flexible ride and advanced grip in all conditions. Injecting education and purpose, a seamlessly integrated NFC chip in the right shoe provides the wearer with exclusive learning experiences about plastic pollution which can be accessed via their phones with one simple tap. Through the mobile platform consumers are empowered to learn more about the collaboration, how to avoid plastic in their lives and how to take part in future initiatives. Also available in a women’s-specific silhouette, the UltraBOOST X features a distinctive Adaptive Arch, a unique construction designed to adapt to the female foot.
FC Barcelona goalkeeper Marc ter Stegen said: “I live by the sea and try to spend as much time as possible there. When I first learnt about the adidas and Parley partnership, I immediately connected with it. I want to help change our environment through an initiative I believe in. I’m proud to partner with adidas Running and Parley to create awareness for the beauty of our oceans and work on projects that can stop their destruction. With every pair of this limited UltraBOOST Parley shoe, we prevent approximately 11 plastic bottles from potentially entering the ocean. This is one big step in making the world a better place.”
Cyrill Gutsch, Parley founder added: “Parley was created to accelerate a process of change in people’s approach to protecting our planet. I love working with passionate athletes like Marc who fall in love with the oceans and inspire their community to find creative solutions to protect their fragility and future.”
From June 8 to July 8, adidas Running will come together for the second consecutive year with Parley, Runtastic and its global running community for the global ‘Run for the Oceans’ initiative, established in 2017.
The UltraBOOST and UltraBOOST X have a MRRP of RM900 and is available in limited numbers online and instore NOW. To find out more, please visit: adidas.com.my/Parley. Follow the conversation at @adidasrunning on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter and using #UltraBOOST #adidasParley.

Kuala Lumpur, 19 April 2018 - The world’s only race with no finish line, the ‘Wings for Life World App Run’, organised by Red Bull Product of Europe, is back in Malaysia. Taking place at numerous locations around the world, the Wings For Life World Run calls on those who can run for those who can’t, with 100 percent of the entry fee for the event donated towards efforts to find a cure for spinal cord injury. As for Malaysia, Red Bull will be organising an Organised App Run where people gather at one meeting point, Padang Varisity University Malaya at 7PM on 6 May to run together.
Participating in the Wings For Life Organised App Run is really simple. To sign up, participants must download the Wings For Life World Run app on their smartphone, locate Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and complete the sign up. On run day, runners would need to ensure that their phone is fully charged, enable location or GPS and load up the app to run.
Here’s how it works
On one day each year, the Wings for Life World Run takes place at event locations across the globe. Everybody starts at exactly the same moment. Whether it’s day or night, bright sun or pouring rain at your location, you’re running together with the world and sharing an amazing experience.
Just a newbie to running?
The Wings for Life World Run is perfect for everyone, of every ability, because you set your own goals and you don’t head toward a distant finish line. Instead, the finish line catches up with you. 30 minutes after the race starts, a moving finish line, the “Virtual Catcher Car,” chases runners, gradually getting faster until each one is caught. The first runners passed after a few kilometers are the first to celebrate their accomplishments, while the last man and woman to be caught are
declared Global Champions.
Can’t make it to an event location?
It’s still easy to join the global movement. Get the Wings for Life World Run App and run at where you are. You’ll be chased by a Virtual Catcher Car at the same time as all the other runners around the globe. And be sure to check out the Organized App Runs, where groups are meeting to run with the App together.
Every cent raised goes to cutting-edge research
When you participate in the Wings for Life World Run, you know you’re making an impact. 100% of all entry fees and all donations raised through fundraising campaigns go directly to life-changing spinal cord research projects and clinical trials at renowned universities and institutes worldwide. The nonprofit Wings for Life Spinal Cord Research Foundation is a driving force behind the mission, and Red Bull covers the foundation’s administrative costs in full as well as costs for the Wings for Life World Run.
You make the difference.
Who participates in the Wings for Life World Run?
People who care – and who like to have fun while making a difference. People like you! So if you’re the crazy costume type, go for it. But if you’re serious about your result, that’s fine, too. Either way, you’ll be running together with athletes, casual joggers and wheelchair users.
Will you help those numbers climb when the 2018 race is run on May 6 at 7PM ? Be part of a global event you’ll never forget – register now!
