First Look: Nike We Run KL 10K T-Shirt (Malaysia)

Looks like Nike is gonna paint our beloved city Kay EL red this year! The T-shirt design for The Nike We Run KL 10K was revealed this afternoon at Nike outlet at The Curve.

The run will be on 27 November 2011, starting at Padang Merbok.

We asked Nike what will be the finisher token this year. Good news, no more toys...you will get a Nike thumbdrive for your effort. Wah....Cool eh? You heard it here first! :D

This is Lunar Glide+3..One of the shoes highlighted at the launch.

Nike also offers some cool "We Run KL" merchandise. Check it out...

Registration starts on 30 September 2011 at http://facebook.com/NikeRunningMY

Do register fast because last year, the race was sold out in less than a month. Don't say we didn't warn cha!

We will post more pics from the Malaysian media launch tomorrow! Do comeback because we got lots of running poses from celebrities like Mizz Nina, Joe Flizzow etc. :D

Do you know what material is the shirt? Cotton?

Thank you m!Z world!

Yen, no one wear cotton nowadays! It's wet and heavy when you sweat. The shirt is of dri-fit material.

Thanks. Just making sure cause I plan to join the race just to get the dri-fit top.

Cause I still experience some marathon giving out cotton t-shirts only.

Registration is officially closed as of tonight! Online registration was closed as of Sunday afternoon. That was superduperfast!

Luckily, I managed to go to Midvalley and register for the race at 4pm today and guess what? I took the last form! Thank GOD! By the time I got home, @NikeMy tweeted me that retail registration has also closed by tonight.

Looking forward to the run as this will be my first!

This is more laku than any concert held here! LOL! :)

Luckily I was kiasu, immediately signed upon hearing about the registration. By the way, I love how Nike is giving running tee instead of vest. I got enough vests from running events already. haha. I guess it's one of the reasons why the run sold out very quickly. RM35 for a dri-fit Nike shirt is dirt cheap.
