Why did he try to kill himself? 
I took this pictures when I was getting my treatment on my swollen ankle at the first aid tent. This guys was shouting and struggling to get loose. He was tied to to the stretcher. According to one of the first aider who tended to me, the guy earlier punched a few runners before jumping off from the bridge into the lake below. He however landed on a boat and saved. Drama! Drama!
Could low blood sugar be the caused for this behaviour? Could he be possessed?
