Runwitme Says: This is a new concept run in town. All participants will be handed 4 balloons before the run. Ballons are to be tied to any part of the body. Runners must carry the balloons throughout the run. Each balloon represent a time booster of 5 seconds. The time booster will be deducted from the official time clocked by the runner.
