I witnessed one this morning. A minor one but bitchy enough to fit into a definition of a bitch fit. :)

The young lady kicked up a fuss at the grand opening of Krispy Kreme Doughnut outlet. People had started queueing since the day before to grab the up to 1 year supply of free doughnuts to the first 100 customers.
The flyer stated that the event would start at 7:00am, printed with the LARGE font. But it FAILED to mention that the store only opened at 10:00am. Stupid, right? I personally felt cheated and conned into this cheap publicity stunt!
So, there were a lot of angry, frustrated and sleep-deprived people waiting for their sugary treats this morning. Some have waited since 8pm the day before. Imagine how grumpy these people were when they were told that they had to wait for another 3 freaking hours for the store to open!
Some waited patiently (but NOT happily like yours truly), some walked away but one blew her fuses. I blame the organiser for the miscommunication.
Honestly, I would NOT have turn up at 5:00am this morning at Sunway if I had known that they only going to open the store at 10:00am!
Rina Omar, turned up berry fresh and fruity around 9:30am. Pun intended! Heheh!
I usually like her cheerful personality and perkiness...but not this morning after having waited for close to 5 hours for the store to open!
Even though she came around 9-something, she told us that she had to wake up as early as 5am to get her hair and makeup done. OK lah...So we tried to be a little bit cheerful after hearing that.
Finally around 10:00am, the store opened its doors....
This is my dozen. I don't even want to think about how many kms I have to run to burn these....
This is the voucher! A dozen of Original Glazed doughnuts a week for a month!
I can only start the redemption in Nov. So, I treat this as my birthday present since my birthday falls on November.

NOTE: I hope Krispy Kreme management would look into the information printed on the flyers or press release to avoid miscommunication to us, the doughnut fans if they decide to pull another marketing stunt like this in the future.
I am pretty sure that young lady would never ever step her feet into a Krispy Kreme store again. There are just so many choices around - J-Co, Dunkin Donut, Big Apple etc.
It's really BAD FENG SHUI having such so many grumpy customers turning up at your grand opening. :P
