After the race, we headed straight to the most famous dim sum restaurant in the whole city of Ipoh. It is difficult but not impossible to get seats on a Sunday morning. We managed to get a corner table but we had to share it with another two strangers. “Tap Toi” or table sharing is quite common at Foh San (pronounced Foo Sun) restaurant. They serve very nice “Har Gau” (shrimp dumplings). Succulent shrimp! Tender skin! Mouthful of goodness! The egg tarts are fresh and drool-a-licious!
