Post Run Freshly Prepared Light Snack! Yum!
The feeding frenzy started. The food was freshly prepared on site – chicken porridge, mini “yao char kuai”, Thai mini pancakes, watermelon and fried “koay teow”. Yummy! All these were washed down with free flow home made soybean drink (still warm) and coffee. I think I had consumed more calories than what I had burned during the run. No wonder I am getting fatter no matter how much I run. (Insert cry here!)
