Training For Towerthon? Try This Breakthrough Stairs Climbing Method!

I received this innovative video from Mr. Mohan Marathon quite sometimes ago. Since KL Towerthon is just around the corner, I would like to share it with you.

This TV show claims that stair climbers can feel light and less fatigue by optimizing usages of the thigh muscles when climbing up those stairs.

Sorry, the program is in Mandarin. However, worry not because the demo and explanation are quite easy to follow even though you know zero Mandarin language.

Try it and let me know if it works. Heheh! :P

after 10storey x 2 climb, i cant feel any different, difficult to grab my hard butt maybe for non-runners they will feel different as their muscle not hard yet :). But when u put both hands at the back u posture did change, we tend to lean forward but when u hand at the back it help us to keep body up straight while climbing!
