Front Page News
Never before in my life seeing a run event being featured on the main page of a national daily. Here is the write up:
Hands-on experience (Bangkok Post; 30th Oct 2005)
About 3,000 runners took part in a charity run organized by the Standard Chartered Bank at Lumpini Park yesterday. The runners ran in pairs in the event, with one runner blindfolded. Proceeds from the run will go to the Thai Red Cross eye center to help people with impaired visibility. (Note: Actually, the journalist forgot to mention the 11km run).
