Let's Get It Started!
The runners were set off in a group of lucky 8. I reminded myself to go easy and to pace myself. The bad experience during the KL Towerthon 2000 is still haunting me. I pushed to hard in start of the KL Towerthon (we had to run 800m uphill before the climb) and I ended throwing up what I had for breakfast to the floor. Not a very nice sight but I still managed to complete the climb.
