Join the APBIM committee in a Medical Forum this October as invited speakers with certified backgrounds in Sports Medicine, Rehabilitation and Nutrition share their knowledge in preparation for the marathon and what is considered as a world-standard marathon.
Taking part in a marathon takes intense preparation and skill. This forum will be useful for participants to pick-up tips on how to minimize damage to the body and thus turning the APBIM race into a more pleasant experience.
Topics like "Dos and Don'ts of Marathon", "How to warm up and stretch before the race", and "How to listen to your body and pre medical preparation for a marathon race", “Sports injury prevention” and “Eat Well, Hydrate Well, and Run Well” will be touched upon during the forum.
