A trip to Klang is not complete without having a Bak Kut Teh meal according to some. BKT is an herbal dish made of pork ribs and spices, eaten with rice - a very popular meal in Klang. After a few phone calls to John, our Klangite running friend, we managed to locate one of the popular BKT restaurants in Klang. Thank God they also serve assam fish and veggie as I don’t eat pork at all. Don’t like the smell. Heheh! Lunch was nice and yummy.
Next stop – Penang International Bridge Run. 30 July 2006! Another food galore trip filled with carbo-loading fest (also oil-loading too) before and after the run. Heheh!
