The Great Eastern Colour My Heart Run is an international class event featuring a 12km-timed race and a 5km fun run catering to all ages and fitness levels. Taking place in Merdeka Square on the 24 May 2015, the Great Eastern Colour My Heart Run, organized by Yayasan Jantung Negara is conceptualised to promote health and improve the level of general happiness among Malaysians.
The 5k fun run course focuses on an experiential fast walk environment where participants will travel at their own pace and pass through specifically designed “colour fun” stations. These stations feature colour tents where participants will be showered with coloured powders and enjoy different genres of music at each station.
Participants and visitors will also enjoy a host of other activities at the finish line where a healthy heart carnival will be set up. Entertainment will include Zumba showcase by Studio Body Rock, high-energy breakdance show by Chiqaz and performances by songsters Jaclyn Victor and Chelsia Ng. Other activities also include free medical check-ups, bungeerun, rock climbing and other carnival games. Visitors will also be treated to special offerings at the exhibition
areas.
The following road will be closed at intervals between 7.00am and 9.30am

8) Pinggiran Tunku
9) Dalaman Tunku
10) Jalan Tun Ismail
11) Jalan Dato Onn
