Sunfeet International Rehab Centre – Now at a new location! Get your FREE foot screening today!

When there something strange with your two feet.

Who you gonna call?

Dato Dr Edmund Lee of Sunfeet International Rehab Centre, of course.

Meet Dr. Edmund Lee, PhD, a renowned orthotics expert in Malaysia who is also the third generation of orthotics and prosthetic experts in his family. His approach to foot orthotics is simply – Align the feet and align the body. This is because poor biomechanics in the foot can cause more than just foot pain – but can also affect the knee, hips and backs as well.

Therefore, it is important to take care of your foot health. First and foremost, you can get your feet screened to find out whether your feet are healthy, or they need additional care or support. You get a 3D foot screening for FREE at the Sunfeet International Rehab Centre, which is relocated to a more convenient and accessible location - just about 8 mins walk from the nearest LRT station (Asia Jaya).

The new Sunfeet International Rehab Centre is located at Ground Floor Wisma Daju 5 No 21 Jalan Barat 46200 Petaling Jaya Selangor, opposite PJ Hilton, Petaling Jaya.

The new Sunfeet International Rehab Centre houses a rehab section, a foot screening and consultation area and also a retail section where you can find almost everything you need for your feet – including those ‘hard-to-find’ sizes, each style is offered in a multitude of sizes and widths.

Sunfeet shoes are ideal for athletic, walking or simply adhering to your general comfort needs; especially for patients who are seeking footwear for therapeutic purposes. Custom Made Orthopaedic shoes are specially designed to accommodate mild or severe foot deformities.

The selections of Therapeutic shoes have been selected for comfort, support, balance and alignment.

According to Dato Dr Edmund Lee, one of the most common foot problem is Flat Feet. People with flat feet have a very low arch or no arch, meaning that one or both of their feet may be flat on the ground. When people have flat feet, their feet may roll to the inner side when they are standing and walking. This is known as overpronation, and it may also cause the feet to point outward.

Many people with flat feet have no symptoms, but others will experience a variety of symptoms that generally depend on the severity of the condition. The most common symptom of flat feet is pain in the feet. Abnormal stresses on the knee and hip may result in pain in these joints.

For kids below 12 years old, flat foot can be prevented or treated without invasive treatments like surgery or injection. Hence, it is important to get the diagnosis early.

So, parents Come and bring your kids for a FREE foot screening at the new Sunfeet International Rehab Centre
