Life-Space Launches First Halal-Certified Probiotic in Malaysia with a Fun 5KM Community Run in KL!

Kuala Lumpur, 1 November 2026 — Running and gut health go hand-in-hand when it comes to maintaining an active, balanced lifestyle!

Building on its strong Australian heritage in microbiome science, Life-Space, Australia’s No. 1 probiotic brand*, officially marked a major milestone in Malaysia with the launch of its very first Halal-certified Probiotic. To celebrate this special occasion, Life-Space brought together running culture and everyday wellness through a vibrant community event titled “Run Together, Feel Good Within” held right here in Kuala Lumpur.

Running Together for Better Gut Health

The morning kick-started with an energetic 5KM community run, bringing together runners, fitness enthusiasts, and health-conscious Malaysians. Beyond breaking a sweat, participants enjoyed an insightful gut health sharing session, fun wellness activities, and exclusive product sampling.

The event highlighted how nurturing your microbiome is an essential building block for overall vitality, performance, and everyday confidence.

"At Life-Space, we believe meaningful innovation starts with understanding how people live and what their body needs. In Malaysia, Halal certification is an important consideration for many consumers, and this launch reflects our commitment to making quality probiotic solutions more accessible and relevant to Malaysians’ everyday health needs," said Alan Yi, General Manager of Life-Space Group.

RUNWITME SAYS:

As runners, we often focus so much on our mileage, shoes, and carb-loading that we forget how crucial gut health is to our overall endurance and daily performance! There's nothing worse than digestive distress mid-run. Having a direct-pour sachet that doesn't require water makes it super easy to toss into your running hydration vest or gym bag for post-workout recovery. We love seeing brands like Life-Space engage the local running community directly while making gut health accessible and JAKIM Halal-certified for everyone in Malaysia.
