The Joy of Running
Running is something enjoyable. I love running especially beautiful park like Lumpini. It is equivalent to our own Malaysian Lake Garden. One round is approximately 2.5 km, I think. Because I had to make 2 rounds around the lake for the 5 km event. I passed by a youth center and a building for Senior Citizen Club. I heard there is an open air gym as well there. Frankly, I am impressed with the facilities the Thai goverment had provided to their people at this park. The upkeep of this park is excellent.
