The 17th edition of the Standard Chartered Singapore Marathon (SCSM) raised the bar for endurance races in the region, with a world-class weekend of racing that included the addition of an all-new elite wheelchair category. Over two days, tens of thousands of athletes from 127 different countries, regions and territories took in the stunning sights and sounds of an all-new course which spanned the lush greens and striking skyscrapers of the world-renowned garden city.
Five new champions and one back-to-back winner were crowned across the strongest-ever elite, local and elite wheelchair fields the event has seen.
